Membership Committee

The Membership Committee is focused on inviting new members in to the partnership, and retaining current ones. It will work with the staff to advise the Executive Committee on membership policies, and provide feedback on Partnership activities from the member perspective.

Military Affairs

As a member of the Fort Meade Community Covenant Council the Partnership is committed to addressing the needs, issues, and concerns of service members, veterans, civilians and their families in the Fort Meade Military Community. The Military Affairs Committee provides an opportunity for Partnership members with a special interest in activities at the region’s major military installation to engage in and with that installation in support of its mission and the population that lives and works there. 

Special Events

The Special Events Committee exists to assist Partnership staff in developing and organizing special events that provide opportunities for Partnership members to interact, network, and build relationships, and contribute to the community. Additionally, these and events are will increase visibility for our membership, and foster involvement in the Partnership.

Young Professionals Roundtable

As an organization in its 4th decade, The Partnership has enjoyed the opportunity to watch many individuals from its members grow into leadership roles in their organizations, and in the community. To facilitate professional growth and community engagement for emerging leaders the Young Professionals Roundtable will create opportunities to get an insider’s view of the region and its role in Maryland’s economy, network with peers and senior leaders, and participate in partnership activities.

Nonprofit Resource Roundtable

The Nonprofit Resource Roundtable will bring together the partnership’s nonprofit and charitable members, with other for profit or public sector Partnership members who have a strong interest in contributing to that community. Members will meet to discuss issues of common interest to the group, and discuss opportunities to share resources and opportunities, and best practices.
